Based on your professional expertise and experience, you will contribute to setting up and developing Ecraid's HR plan and approach. Your challenge is to shape, optimise, translate and execute Ecraid’s vision into HR policy in close collaboration with the COO, the MT and our employees. Your challenge is to involve the organisation in the implementation of this policy, to raise awareness and to answer questions in relation to it.
Your tasks
We offer a challenging, varied position in a socially relevant field. Ecraid offers a pleasant and informal working environment with enthusiastic professionals who support and help each other. Ecraid has a 36-hour working week and offers excellent working conditions. This is initially a one-year contract with the possibility of extension. The full-time salary for this position is between €4,080 and €5,863 dependent on background, knowledge and experience, and is based on a 36-hour working week.
We offer a hybrid work week at Ecraid and you are expected to work at our Provinciehuis office in the Utrecht at least two days a week, or more often if necessary.
Established on 1 January 2022, the Ecraid Foundation works in collaboration with UMC Utrecht. The Ecraid Foundation has two main research streams: improving the clinical development of antibiotics; and building operational readiness for the rapid deployment of harmonised European clinical trials for infectious diseases that have epidemic potential.
Ecraid aims to provide a platform to support a coordinated approach that focuses on efficient and effective development and implementation of clinical interventions against infectious diseases in Europe.
We are currently working hard to shape the organisation, including setting up and organising HR within the organisation. We are looking for a proactive, enterprising Senior HR Business partner who wants to help us build our fast-growing organisation. This is a unique opportunity for an enterprising person who enjoys the challenges of setting up business in a start-up environment and who will ensure that our transition process runs smoothly.
